For dance couples interested in a competitive aspect of Ballroom dancing & Latin American dancing, we offer professional competitive dance instruction for kids, teenagers, and adults. 

We teach all levels of competitive dance, from beginner level to championship.

118 Dance Studio’s competitive dancers regularly participate in many dance competitions throughout the UK. Our dance instructors are experienced in competitive dance training and will tailor individualized choreography, private dance lesson plans and will provide you with all necessary guidance to be a successful dance competitor.
